Educational Qualification :

1. B.Sc. Nursing

Or GNM Diploma Course

2. Auxiliary Nurses and Midwives (ANM) and Female Health Workers (F.H.W) રાજ State Government or Panchayat In service Performing duties by regular appointment for last 10 years.

3. Permanent or Registered Midwife in Gujarat Nasir Council at the time of application. It is mandatory to have periodically renewed registration. Register as well as Registrar in the application form.

The registration number of the midwife or equivalent qualification has to be displayed. Any other grounds Gra will not be kept.

4. Must have sufficient knowledge of both Gujarati / Hindi language.

Age Limit :

Candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.
SC, ST, OBC candidate - 5 year relaxation
Handicape Candidate - 10 year Relaxation

6. Click on Yes / No in the Self declaration below it.

7. Now, by clicking on Save, your application will be accepted online. Here is the application number of the candidate will generate. The candidate has to save and now in the context of this advertisement.

8. Click on upload photo, type your application number here and Type your Birth date, then click ok.
