Education Qualifications : 

A. General Administrative : 

1. Deputy Registrar : 

  •  A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade.
  • Nine years of experience as a Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration. 

OR

  • Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education.

OR

  • Five years of administrative experience asAssistant Registrar or in equivalent post.

2. Statistician : 

  • M.Sc. in Statistics/ Mathematics/Quality and Productivity Management with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least five (5) years practical experience in analysing data using Statistical Software. 

3. Stenographer : 

  • Any Graduate with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and Steno with the minimum speed of 40 w.p.m. (English) in Typing & 100 w.p.m. (English) for Stenography. 
  • Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
  • Necessary Certificates from recognized institute from state or central government shall attached for typing and Stenography. 

4. Statistical Assistant : 

  • M.Sc. in Statistics/Quality and Productivity 
  • Management with at least 50% of the marks and at least three years experience of statistical work and experience in analyze data using Statistical Software. 

5. Junior Clerk cum Typist : 

  • A Graduate with English as one of the subject with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and should possess the speed in Gujarati typing 25 w.p.m. and English typing 40 w.p.m.
  • Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
  • Necessary Certificates from recognized institute from state or central government shall attached for typing. 

6. Junior Clerk (Library) : 

  • Any Graduate with Bachelor of Library Science with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and should possess the speed in Gujarati typing 25 w.p.m. and English typing 40 w.p.m.
  • Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
  • Necessary Certificates from recognized institute from state or central government shall attached for typing. 

7. Junior Laboratory Assistant : 

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Bioscience with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade.

8. Technical Assistant : 

💠 Computer Science & Post B.Sc. Diploma Course in Computer Science : 

  • M.C.A./M.Sc.(Information Technology/ Computer Science)/B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) with at least 50% of the marks or 
  • equivalent grade and at least two (2) years experience of working in reputed Computer Laboratories.

OR

  • M.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics/Physics/Electronics with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and at least three (3) years experience of working in reputed Computer Laboratories.

💠 Home Science : 

  • B.E./B.Tech.(Electrical/Electronics & Communications) with at least 55% of the marks (or equivalent grade and at least two (2) years experience of food analysis and handling of sophisticated instruments.

OR

  • M.Sc. (Home Science) preferably Foods and Nutrition with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least three (3) years experience of food analysis and handling of sophisticated instruments.

💠 Bhaikaka Library : 

  • Master of Library Science with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least three (3) years experience in Library Work.

B. For Computer Center : 

1. Electrician-cum-Air Condition Plant Mech. Operator : 

  • B.E./B. Tech.(Electrical) with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least two (2) years of experience in maintenance and repairs of Air Conditioning units and refrigeration.

OR

  • Diploma in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration or in Electrical Engineering from recognized institute and at least five (5) years experience in maintenance and repairs of Air Conditioning units and refrigeration.

2. Punch Operator : 

  • Any Graduate with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and Post-graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.

OR

  • B.C.A./B.Sc.(Computer Science/ Information Technology) with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade. 

C. Health Centre : 

1. Compounder : 

  • B. Pharm. and at least two (2) years experience & having First Aid Training.
  • Registration with State Pharmacy Council.

D.  For Chemistry Department :

1. Technician : 

  • M.E. / M. Tech. (Electronics & Communications/ Instrumentation & Control) with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least one (1) year experience in the maintenance and repairs of the instruments used in analytical laboratories.

OR

  • M.Sc. (Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control) with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least three (3) years experience in the maintenance and repairs of the instruments used in analytical laboratories.

E. For Biosciences Department : 

1. Garden Supervisor : 

  • B.Sc. in Botany / B.Sc. in Agriculture with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least two (2) years experience in landscape & gardening. 

F.  For Estate :

1. Mason : 

  • Should be able to read and write in Gujarati 
  • should have at least five (5) years experience of masonry work in a construction company.

G. For University Power : 

1. Junior Compositor (University Press) : 

  • Any Graduate with at least 50% of the marks and at least three (3) years experience in well known Graphics editor and Gujarati typing work with 25 w.p.m. and English typing work with 40 w.p.m.

OR

  • I.T.I. (Printing Technology) from government recognized institute and five (5) years experience well known Graphics editor. and Gujarati typing work with 25 w.p.m. and English typing work with 40 w.p.m.. 

OR

  • H.S.C passed and D.T.P. (Desk Top Publishing) Computer Course Govt. / University approved Institution and at least five (5) years experience well known Graphics editor. Gujarati typing work with 25 w.p.m. and English typing work with 40 w.p.m.
