Pashu Kisan Credit Card

 Farmers will be aware of Kisan Credit Card but now the government has come up with a fun plan for pastoralists as well.  In which cows and buffaloes will get loan and assistance from the bank.  For this, whether you are a farmer or not, even if you are a pastoralist and have a bank account, you get a veterinarian credit card.

 Loans up to a maximum of Rs 1.60 lakh can be availed on a cattle farmer credit card without any guarantee.  The bank charges an interest of 7% per annum on animal credit cards.  If the interest is paid on time, the government will provide a 3 per cent interest grant on loans above Rs 3 lakh.  This animal credit card will be purchased at every bank ATM and at registered units.  Out of which a maximum of Rs.  6797 can be purchased.

 Document required for making Kisan Credit Card :

•  Bank account
•  Application form from the bank
•  Hypothesis agreement
•  Voter card, Aadhaar card, PAN card etc. for KYC identity
•  Document that the bank wants

 How much loan can be obtained :

•  40,783 per year for cows
•  60,249 per year for buffaloes
•  4063 per year for sheep and goats
•  16,337 per year for pigs

 Who is eligible for Animal Farmer Credit Card : 

 Fishing :

All the farmers who are involved in fisheries.  Who is in the business of fishing alone or in partnership.  The women's group, along with the farmers' group, can also avail the benefits of this scheme.  However, it is mandatory to have a fishery license.

Seafaring fishermen :

Fishermen fishing in the sea can also avail the benefits of this scheme. For this they have to rent or own a boat and have a license for fishing in the sea.

 Poultry farmers :

Poultry farmers can also take loans in this regard.

Other pastoralists :

Every animal that raises animals other than sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, birds is eligible for Kisan Credit Card.  Just for this there should be a small shed or space for animal husbandry which can be rented or own.

 Dairy farmer :

Farmers who keep livestock for their dairy business by renting or renting a contract based shed are eligible to avail the Animal Husbandry Cracked Card Scheme.
